What the service orchestrator does
MERCVRIVS connects and coordinates services between organizations, customers and providers. Where AVGVSTVS runs the work inside one organization, MERCVRIVS works between them: who offers which service where, who is sent to a job, how they get in, what proves it was done, and what is owed. ECPK runs on it.
Its parts
- Independent networks, each with its own storefront and its own rules, on one shared base.
- People and capacity: an organization's own people and its partners on one board, available or not.
- Relationships and services: who works with whom, on which terms.
- Sending the right person: one request matched by place, coverage and rules, with someone in reserve.
